We make steel shot peening using precise machines. We also offer ball peening increasing the component’s resistance to stress, friction, fatigue and stress corrosion cracking.
We offer cold peening - we use small balls (shot), which creates dents and cavities in the material, stretching it and forming it.
During shot peening, the material, after contact with the shot, tries to return to its previous shape - this creates hemispheres with high stresses.
This allows not only to extend the service life, but also to close porosity, straighten distorted parts or improve the surface texture.

Greater strength due to shot blasting of steel
Peening allows you to strengthen the surfaces of the workpieces, which increases their strength properties.
This mainly applies to the fatigue strength, which is caused by the changed material stress distribution and their values.
Pelleting - a guarantee of predictability
Both the ballpeening and peening process are very predictable. In professional conditions, it is well planned and repeatable.
This means that the properties achieved by the processed components are always the same.
Moreover, the process does not change the geometry of the object and is not invasive.
Stress corrosion reduction
Thanks to peening, it is also possible to significantly reduce the stresses that have arisen as a result of stress corrosion cracking resulting
from the component operation or the specificity of a given structure.

Additional services
Glass seeding of steel
Steel elements may also require glass beading, i.e. satin finishing.
This helps to increase the resistance to pitting corrosion. During satin finishing, all impurities, such as rust or tarnish, are removed from the surface.
The induced stress strengthens its structure, and the mechanical properties change, increasing the resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
Laser Peening - metal durability up to 10 times higher
We also offer Laser Peening services in modern plants. It is one of the best methods to increase the strength of metal components.
It is based on the use of a laser. Its beam penetrates deeply into the structure of the metal, creating very high stresses, increasing the metal’s resistance to cracking or other damage.

We also make specialized technical coatings, such as dry lubricating coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, zinc-enriched coatings, anti-impact coatings,
